Reiki energy flowing like healing water
I hope you will join me for a special day of welcoming Reiki (universal life energy) into your life and experiencing the energy flowing through you as you learn to channel it for self healing and, should you want to do so, treating others. Reiki, as I have come to understand it while meeting my clients' needs, is one of the most powerful ways in which I can instantly connect to Self energy with confidence and creativity.
The course will provide you with an introduction to the philosophy, history, and theory of Reiki before moving into three empowerments (or attunements) and practical exercises to boost your ability to feel Reiki with confidence. At the end of the course you will be able to feel the flow of Reiki and use it for personal healing, treatments of others and personal spiritual development. I teach this course in a relaxed way, with plenty of time for both integration and practice.
During the course you will receive three Reiki empowerments to permanently connect you to Source while learning about:

Feel the flow of energy with Reiki 2
A profoundly transformative workshop to advance your experience of how Reiki can be a beautifully empowering energy of spiritual transformation and healing on multiple levels. During the course you will familiarise with the Reiki symbols and kotodama, their practical use and deeper spiritual meaning. We will focus on exercises to further boost your confidence to practise Reiki as a healing art and, by the end of the course, you will feel more strongly your permanent connection to Reiki. This class is taught in a relaxed and personal style, with plenty of time to integrate the teachings and the inflow of energy. The course is approved by and viable for registration with the BRCP (British Register of Complementary Practitioners).
You will receive three Reiju second-degree spiritual empowerments to connect to different Reiki energies while

Reiki Course
I just wanted to thank you for such a lovely experience today. I went with some trepidation thinking how could I do something like this, how could I think about being able to give Reiki. I left full of possibilities and a feeling that it will all be ok and with so many things to think about. Everyone was lovely and how amazing to be part of such a kind and perceptive group. (Jane)
Reiki exchanges and meditations

While the Covid19 pandemic was ongoing we started meeting virtually fortnightly to meditate, send distant healing together and receive a distant Reiju empowerment to strengthen our connection to Source. As we eased out of lockdown and restrictions, we kept this fortnightly meeting going, as a way to touch base with ourselves and to feel the connection. Do get in touch if you would like to join the group.
The plan is to meet again in person every couple of months. In these gatherings for all Reiki levels, you will have the opportunity to exchange healing, ask questions and rekindle your permanent connection to Reiki through meditations and empowerments. These encounters also offer you the chance of getting to know like minded people and freely discuss spiritual matters. Contact me to express your interest. |

Reiki 1 - refresher workshop

A workshop designed to provide people who already have Reiki 1 degree in any lineage the opportunity to rekindle their permanent connection to Reiki or to align their Reiki practice to original Japanese Usui Reiki. During the workshop you will be practicing in a small group Reiki meditations, re-familiarise with the practice of Reiki, and will receive Reiju Empowerments (known as attunements). You will feel the strength of the energy flowing through you once again.
The workshop is open only to people who have already participated to a Reiki 1 workshop and cannot be considered as a substitute to the full teachings of a Reiki 1 course. There will not be a certificate of participation at the end. Suggested exchange £75 when at least 3 people participate (1 on 1 is £100) to include a Reiki 1 manual. Call me to register your interest. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
